So I downloaded HootSuite as an application for chrome. I figured this might be a good way to update my twitter. Apparently it plays nice with all kinds of things? So Lets see how it plays with wordpress. I really don’t think I’m going to stop using Press This though.

Valentines Day, still happening so..
I’ll make this quick. I’ve had a wonderful day with Mike so far. Wake up to flowers, candy, and a card. Aww ❤ Then we go feed the ducks in the park and get breakfast at a diner right down the street. Then we go to the bank (k that wasn’t really romantic) then we get home and I get jewelry. OoOoo. Then I play rockband for like TWO HOURS UNINTERRUPTED. Yay. And in a bit we go to dinner.
Good day.
Heeyyoooo
If you look at the column to your right, and then scroll to the bottom of it, you will see a disclaimer. Funny thing today. So I went into work (oh snap) to finish filling out my paperwork for hire and I got the handbook. I was very happy about this because I really wanted to be sure about rules and dress-code. So anyway, I’m eyeballing the index while Linda, my boss, is helping another new hire. Something jumps out at me, “Blogging Policy,” and I thought to myself “get the fuck out.”
So of course I immediately thumb over to that page and begin to skim it. It is a legitimate rule base about blogging. That disclaimer is mandatory. I also cannot directly link to the website associated with where I work, which is fine, whatever, you have google if you’re that interested. But I was truly amazed that they “retain the right to monitor websites and weblogs” and all this crap. I don’t know, I just didn’t expect David’s Bridal to be all crazy like that.
I was feeling a bit under the weather today. My throat is all crazy. I thought to myself this morning, “I would get sick my first day of work.” and upon thinking about it further I actually think I got sick my first week of work at Safeway too. Maybe nerves just wrecks my immune system.
Anyhow, blog updates include; About, Links, and of course that weird little disclaimer.
Job!
I would’ve posted this yesterday after I got the phone call but I felt terrible and just wanted to lay around. I couldn’t even celebrate. However, I digress, I got the job at David’s Bridal. I was actually on Facebook talking to Katie M when they called her for a reference and then about 20 minutes later they called me. So.. huzzah!
