I’ve become very reliant upon my weekends off. They are probably the best thing about my job. I just felt like sharing.

I got hair extensions put in this week. Last Thursday actually. I like then s bunch and am going to get more out in this weekend. They’re great but I would like them to be thicker. The last time I had extensions I used synthetic hair.. which was fine while I was figuring out if I even liked having them in, so this time I got real human hair. What a difference. Its great.

After I get more put in I will definitely take pictures.

It has finally occurred to me to per sue a WordPress app for my Xoom. So here I am. I apologize in advance for any typos. Thanks again J for your generous gift.

With that being said I suppose its time for some updates! I am currently staying with M while my bff KT and I search for a house. Its slow going. I’m still a happy bartender at the Pond and actually just wrapped up a 40hr work week.

M is currently out of town with a family emergency so I’ve had this weekend to myself. Fun and boring at the same time. Since I’m not really ”moved in” I dont have any of my hobbies unpacked. Thank god I have my Xoom and ipod or I think I may randomly combust.

I’m going to be searching for dailybooth, Twitter, and tumbler apps. Hopefully I will find some to my liking so I can get back on the blog train.

As of right now I’m rewatching ALL of The Walking Dead so I’m absolutely fresh when season 3 premiers. I might skip some EPs in S2 and we all know why. -_-

Bad Manners

I would just like to apologize for my random hiatus. I realize it’s bad manners and bad form for me because my blog is still “new” and I really don’t have archives for people to read.

But I needed it. Oh oh oh did I ever need it.

An incredible friend of mine, J, sent me a sick Motorola Xoom that I’ve been in love with since the moment I opened the box.

I also received my 120 film and adjusted it to fit my (new to me!) duaflex II kodak camera.

These have completely consumed my time. A friend of mine had a birthday party on Saturday which I attended. I spun my poi a little, played games, and drank more than I should have.

I also did that on Friday.

And on Thursday.

And probably a bunch before that too.

You see why I went on hiatus.

Shit got cray.

Yeah I said it.

So now that all of that is out of my system I’m feeling a bit more like myself. A bit more grounded. My head is in a better place.

I had a ridiculous week. I had become financially drained with car troubles and supporting another human. Another adult human. It definitely reminded me I’m in no position to have a baby ever. Not that I really needed reminding. Sorry, that’s pretty off topic.

I would talk about my love life, but I don’t have one anymore. So that’s out too.

Work is awesome. Woo! Ending on a good note.

No Rest for the Wicked

I have had a four day weekend, excluding the Open House party I was a guest but ended up working at.

Did I rest at all? Relax? Paint? Decompress? Oh no, I’m far too busy for that. Silly me. God forbid I just give myself me time. What an idea.

This morning I decided today would be a fantastic Me day.

But then when I went to start my car it wouldn’t. Not immediately.

Long story short, my ignition switch needs to be changed. Ok. I can do this? Sure. I have a parts car for this very reason.

Well then you have my Brother, my Father, and M also in the mix. Sounds like way too many chiefs and not enough indians. And it was. And it was a nightmare. I got into a screaming match with my Father which nobody won and I still don’t have a new ignition.

I played a little Fall Out 3 which was fun but I’m just completely emotionally wrecked.

Now I have a long week ahead of me. I work M-W at the Bar, per usual, then Friday is my BFF’s birthday and we’re doing a big day trip to the City for a Giants game and I want her birthday to be awesome, but I really don’t have the spare cash to be spending at a Giant’s game when I have to get an ignition switch put in ASAP. Actually, it should have been changed MONTHS ago, but I’m a fucking procrastinator and I’m reaping my rewards.

So that was my Sunday. I hope yours was better.
